1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Licence to Use the Site

6. AI & Automated Features (if offered)

  • • AI outputs are auto‑generated and may be inaccurate or offensive; use at your own risk.
  • • Do not provide inputs that infringe intellectual property or violate law.
  • • We and our AI providers disclaim liability for AI output.
  • • You remain responsible for verifying and editing AI‑generated content before publication.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • • You may cancel subscriptions at any time; benefits remain until the end of the current billing cycle.

The Site, including all content (excluding User Content), trade marks, and software, is owned by YAY! Studios Ltd or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Third‑Party Links & Services

The Site may link to external sites or integrate third‑party APIs (e.g., YouTube API). We are not responsible for external content or policies. Use of third‑party services is governed by their terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YAY! Studios Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YAY! Studios Ltd and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the licence granted herein terminates immediately.
